Do you offer free programming for radios purchased elsewhere?
No. Complimentary first-time programming is a benefit exclusive to devices purchased directly from Talk2Me USA Inc. If you acquired your radio from a third-party vendor—even if it arrived unconfigured or blank—it is not eligible for free setup. However, we can program these devices for a standard service fee via our support ticket system.
Do I need to buy a separate SIM card or data plan?
All Talk2Me USA radios come with a SIM card pre-installed and ready to go. Additionally, your purchase includes the first year of service absolutely free. You can start communicating right out of the box without worrying about any bills for the first 12 months.
